The entire customer journey is available in both English and Arabic. Depending on the language selected in the customer’s device, the person will view the user interface in Arabic or English.
I have my own fleet of riders. Can I integrate them with RadYes? (UAE)
Yes, you can! We have a deep integration with Lyve, and you can use their app to provide order tracking for your customers. Your riders can use the app to mark an order delivered, this way, your customers will be able to track their order through the RadYes link.
If you would like to use your fleet along with another 3 PL provider, that can be done too.
