Our collection of your personal information

We collect data about merchant business listing that customers visit. We also collect data about how and when you use and/or access your account on the Website (directly or indirectly) or sign up for an account, including information about the device and browser you use, your network connection, your IP address, and information about how you browse through the Platform. We use this information to give you access to and improve our Services, personalize the Services for you and/or provide you with relevant advertising or marketing.

We collect Personal Information about merchant customers that merchant or third-party service provider (such as payment gateway or delivery service provider) shares with us or that customers provide when using or accessing the Services or a business listing uploaded through the Platform, while placing an order, or signing up for an account on merchant’s site.

Where we need to verify your identity (for example, if there are concerns around identity theft, or if you call into support and we need to authenticate your account), we may request that you provide us with government-issued identification information.

If you make purchases by using our Services, we may collect and store information about you to process your requests and automatically complete forms for future transactions, including (but not limited to) your phone number, address, email, billing information and credit or payment card information. This information may be shared with third-parties who are under confidentiality obligations and which assist in processing and fulfilling your requests, including payment gateway processors and delivery service providers. Such parties receiving the disclosed information are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.

Third parties process information such as credit card payments and provide support services related to payments (i) for us through the Website, or (ii) for the merchant through a payment gateway processor while using our Services.

In addition, we may need to provide your information to any merchant that you have placed your order using our Services. For our merchants’ customers, we generally process your data solely as a data processor on behalf of our merchants, or as otherwise specified under this Policy, and it is up to the merchant to determine how long they will store your information in our system.

You can ask to close your account by contacting us at the details below, and we will delete your personal information on request.

We may, however, retain Personal Information for an additional period as is permitted or required under applicable laws, for legal, tax, or regulatory reasons, or for legitimate and lawful business purposes.

Limitation of Liability
