We collect Personal Information about merchant customers that merchant or third-party service provider (such as payment gateway or delivery service provider) shares with us or that customers provide when using or accessing the Services or a business listing uploaded through the Platform, while placing an order, or signing up for an account on merchant’s site.
Where we need to verify your identity (for example, if there are concerns around identity theft, or if you call into support and we need to authenticate your account), we may request that you provide us with government-issued identification information.
If you make purchases by using our Services, we may collect and store information about you to process your requests and automatically complete forms for future transactions, including (but not limited to) your phone number, address, email, billing information and credit or payment card information. Third parties process information such as credit card payments and provide support services related to payments (i) for us through the Website, or (ii) for the merchant through a payment gateway processor while using our Services.

You can ask to close your account by contacting us at the details below, and we will delete your personal information on request.

Limitation of Liability
